One year ago we lost you but you are always with us, although we may not see you, in our hearts you are there, in every memory we shared. Sorry I didn't get to take you on that fishing trip but we can do that in heaven on day. We will stay strong as you would expect us to do & long for the day we see you & Mum together in heaven.

Dad
We heard your final wishes, God granted you your prayers.
To my honest loving father
You taught me honesty, strength, self preservation, self dignity, compassion & so much more that words can never justify. You always stood by your children & gave us the freedom of choice.
Even in your darkest time you said 'yeh I am good' when I asked you as a great father hiding his own pain to protect his child from sadness..
I will forever remember how ice blue your eyes were as I looked into them on your last day
I will love you for eternity & beyond & I will see you & Mum in heaven when I get there.
With all my respect to the most generous father that gave his blood, sweat & tears to provide for his children.
If only I could have wrapped you in cotton wool & taken away the ills that took you from us.
God has other plans for you now & graciously I accept it's time for you to be with God almighty. I love you Dad & I will see you in time. <3

Days gone By:
I remember picking mushrooms while Dad practiced his drive. Early in the morning with dew on the green grass: How wonderful the memories.

To My Loving Father who worked hard to bring his family into adulthood. He cared for those who needed caring and he let others go free to flourish in the world. His love was and is always and forever.
